Before Installation Day

We'll work with you to schedule a convenient installation date Most roofs are completed within two days. Before we start, you should move vehicles away from the house and ensure any fragile items in your attic are protected. We'll handle the rest.

Installation Day

On installation day, our crew arrives early and gets right to work. Here's what happens:

We lay down tarps to protect your landscaping and property. The old shingles and underlayment are carefully removed. We inspect the roof decking for any damage and replace boards as needed. New underlayment, drip edge, and flashing are installed. Your new Owens Corning shingles are installed according to manufacturer specifications. We photograph every stage of the process for your records.

The Cleanup

We take cleanup seriously. At the end of each day, we police the entire area for debris and nails. We use magnetic nail sweepers to catch every last nail. When the job is complete, you shouldn't be able to tell we were there — except for your beautiful new roof.

Final Walkthrough

Before we consider the job done, we do a final walkthrough with you. We show you the completed work, review the before and after photos, and make sure you're 100% satisfied. We then register your Owens Corning warranty for you.
